Jerry Simpson

Jerry and Gail have owned CENTURY 21 Simpson and Associates since 1985. Jerry has been in Real Estate since 1975 and started his own business in 1985. Jerry and Gail are former teachers from Eastern Kentucky, but moved to Frankfort in 1967.

Gail and Jerry are graduates of Eastern Kentucky University and Jerry has done Graduate work at the University of Kentucky. CENTURY 21 Simpson and Associates HAS RECIVED THE COVETED QUALITY AWARD EVERY YEAR SINCE 1998-2009.

Gail and Jerry have two children and two grandchildren and most of our spare time is spent with Joshua and Olivia. We are members of the CENTURY 21 Commercial® properties, Lexington Board of REALTORS®, Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Jerry is proud of the designation of REALTOR® because it signifies honesty, ethical dealings and being fair to your customers.

Jerry has served on the Board of Directors of the United Way, Salvation Army and the Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce.
